A professional listing puts your practice in the public Lawtopolis directory for 12 months. It is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal.

• Renewal reminders before your term ends

How it works

First, create a free account and submit your listing, or claim an existing profile. Next, an editor reviews it. For attorneys, we also confirm the license with the official regulator before the listing goes live. Then you pay for the term from your account. After that, the listing stays public until the term ends.

If someone already added your practice, you do not need a second profile. Instead, claim your profile. Once we confirm the claim and the professional listing is paid, the profile moves to your account.

What payment does not buy

Where to check a license yourself

Clients can always confirm a license with the state bar or court that issued it. For example, the American Bar Association keeps a list of state bar directories.
