Refund policy

Refund policy

Our refund policy for templates and professional listings.

Templates

Templates are digital downloads. If a file is damaged or not what its description says, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you.

Professional listings

If your listing is not approved, we refund the listing payment in full. Once a listing has gone live, the term is non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Draft — pending owner review.

Overview

How the refund policy works

This refund policy covers two kinds of purchases: template downloads and professional listing terms. Each has its own rules, which you can read in full below.

To ask for a refund, first contact us from the email on your account. Next, include your order number and a short reason. Then we review the request under the policy and reply by email.

If we approve a refund, it goes back to the original payment method. In addition, a refunded listing term ends, and the listing leaves the directory.

For general guidance on online purchases and refunds, the FTC consumer advice site is a helpful resource.

Templates and listings work differently, so the policy treats them separately. For templates, the main question is whether the file works and matches its description. For listings, the main question is whether the listing was approved and went live.

If you have a question before you buy, contact us first. We would rather answer a question than process a refund. You can also read the provider guidelines and the terms of use for more detail.
