How all-access works
First, create a free account or sign in. Next, buy all-access at checkout. After payment, every course unlocks right away. Single courses are also available for $49 each if you only need one.
The lessons explain the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Federal Rules of Evidence and the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure, and they point to how state courts handle the same steps. For the official text, see the current federal rules on uscourts.gov and our state procedures guide.
Important
The courses teach how the law and court procedure work in general. However, they are not legal advice, and finishing a course does not make you a lawyer. For help with your own case, talk to a licensed attorney.
